This policy explains what Masterexams collects and why.
Account data: when you sign in with Google or phone, we store your name, email and/or phone number, and a profile photo URL (if any), along with your Pro expiry date.
Study data: your test scores, attempt history, bookmarks, and notes are stored locally on your device (in the browser's IndexedDB). This data is not uploaded to our servers.
Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded — never your card or bank details.
AI Solver: the optional AI Solver uses a Google Gemini API key that you provide and that is stored locally on your device. Questions you send are processed by Google under their terms.
Account data is used to authenticate you and to grant/track your Pro subscription. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), Razorpay (payments), and Google Gemini (optional AI Solver). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Local study data stays on your device until you clear it (history can be cleared in-app, or by clearing site data). To delete your account record, email us at the address below.
The App is intended for exam candidates (adults / older students). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
